How Long Have You Been In Business?
We incorporated and built our first custom home in 2005. Since then, we have successfully completed 500+ projects.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
We are as per Washington State law. This can be independently verified by putting in our license number #uplandi926bw in the "Contractors" page of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries website.
Can you provide a detailed proposal with timeline, costs and payment schedule?
This is standard operating procedure for us. Beware of any contractor that won't specify how they deal with unexpected issues or cost overruns.
Where Are You Located?
Being a service based business, we have no need for formal office space; we come to you. Our tool workshop is between Bellingham and Ferndale.
Who will manage the project on a day‑to‑day basis?
You will have a manager or account representative assigned to you that you can contact any time during normal business hours. They will take care of your needs with expediency.
Do you offer warranties on workmanship and materials?
We over a one year (or longer per contract) warranty on all of our work. We take pride in our craftsmanship.
